Tagliatelle (150g)

The name stems from the Italian verb “tagliare”, meaning “to cut”. Tagliatelle are roughly the same length as Spaghetti and usually around five to ten millimetres wide. They are flat strips pasta made of our bespoken blend of flours to keep it 100% gluten-free. Perfect with Cacio Pepe & Kale or Mushroom and truffle sauce, but if you want to go simple, a fresh tomato and basil sauce or Arrabbiata works perfectly as well
