Pumpkin and herbs gnocchi with aromatic sage butter: These flavourful fluffy orange potato and pumpkin puffs are a balance of winter sweetness and sourness with an herbal note that will perfectly match with some browned sage butter.
Cooking instructions: pour the gnocchi for 2 minutes in piping boiling water and drain them as soon as they pop up. (Defrosting suggested if frozen)
