Basil Pesto - Vegetarian
True Pesto is made from garlic, fresh basil, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, pounded together into a green thick paste. The word pesto means pounded in italian. Pesto is generally accepted to be a Ligurian invention, so much so that is called pesto alla genovese.
Suggested with: gnocchi, beetroot ravioli and short shaped pastas

Keep refrigerated at +4-6° until use by date. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Freeze on delivery day up to 2 months. Product cookable from frozen and if defrosted do not re-freeze
