Serving: 150g chestnut pappardelle pasta plus mushroom and truffle sauce and Parsley olive oil.
Sauce ingredients: Wild mushroom, organic truffle paste, double cream (milk), olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley
Pasta ingredients: white rice flour, brown flour, tapioca, potato, maize, buckwheat, quinoa, water, olive oil xanthan gum, chestnut flour
Fresh Pumpkin Gnocchi with aromatic sage butter
Pumpkin and herbs gnocchi with aromatic sage butter: These flavourful fluffy orange potato and pumpkin puffs are a balance of winter sweetness and sourness with an herbal note that will perfectly match with some browned sage butter.
Cooking instructions: pour the gnocchi for 2 minutes in piping boiling water and drain them as soon as they pop up. (Defrosting suggested if frozen)

Directions: Keep refrigerated at +4-6° until use by date. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Freeze on delivery day up to 2 months. Product cookable from frozen and if defrosted do not re-freeze.
