Parmesan cream for pasta

125grams milk
125grams double cream
200grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • In a pan add milk and cream.
  • Gently boil and add cheese.
  • Stir well with a whisk and cook for another couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Add orange or lemon zest (optional)
  • Use in pasta as desired.
