Parmesan cream for pasta

Ingredients:
125grams milk
125grams double cream
200grams Parmesan cheese, grated
Method:
- In a pan add milk and cream.
- Gently boil and add cheese.
- Stir well with a whisk and cook for another couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
- Add orange or lemon zest (optional)
- Use in pasta as desired.
